If you have ordered with us before, simply login using your E-mail address and password. If you are a new customer then fill in your details in the 'New Customer' section.
No E-mail - No Problem
If you don’t have an E-mail address or have forgotten it you can still order. Where you are prompted to enter your E-mail address, instead enter your full name without spaces (it must be at least 5 characters long). You can then continue and place your order. Orders can still be tracked in the My Account section of the website.
If you tick the 'Remember Details' button, the site will log you in automatically next time you come to the checkout. We recommend you only do this if you are using your own or family computer.
Forgot your Password?
If you have forgotten your password, click the 'Lost Password' link to view options on how you can retrieve it.
First Time Customers
If you have never shopped online with Penn Elcom Online, then you must fill in the "New Customers" section. Fields marked with a * are compulsory to complete your order.
About your Billing Address
The Billing address you supply must be the Card Billing address of the credit card holder. This will be checked and may stop your order being processed if the details are incorrect.
About Telephone numbers
We require some contact details in case we need to contact you about your order, or need to verify who you are. You are required to supply a valid land line phone number and, an additional contact number if you have one. You contact details will not be used for any other purpose and will never be passed to a third party.
