*However, this can vary by application. For example a full 3m piece of profile then even 6 would be enough, a pair each end and a pair in the middle – too many clips and the track would become difficult to insert into the slot.
But if the mounting surface is quite uneven (leading to gaping to the track) a few more per meter might be needed to pull the track up.
